Exercise and Diabetes
Exercises are great not only for the person with diabetes but for anyone who wants to maintain in good shape, lose weight, and decrease stress. You have to understand that nobody will exercise for you, and nobody will push you. I think one of the hardest parts how to start to exercise. If you never exercise before, it looks like an impossible task.
Yoga Tai Chi and Qi Gong will help you to start exercise with no time. Tai Chi and Qi Gong is more meditative exercise where you synchronize your breathing with movement. In the beginning it opposite you learn how to perform right movement and than you add your breathing to it. Yoga is more intensive. All of these exercise will create more energy and even heal your body. I think all people with diabetes must try one of these exercise. I try all of them, and I stick more with Yoga.
My first experience with Tai Chi was some way interesting,. I was suspired I have no balance, after 3 months of Tai chi I was able to improve my balance. Qigong on another hand helps to remain sharp, calmness of your mind. Both exercise are excellent as for young as for adult people

Start to increase time and add more days from 3 days jump to 4 days and then to 5 days a week. One of the hardest part about exercise is motivation. If you say, “I will start tomorrow” it means you will not start at all. As I’ve said above I will create exercise program for 1 week. I will add a blog and we all can share our progress
